I used to live in Amsterdam. Winters were beastly cold, and sky is always gray and dull. Spring seems forever to arrive. When the 1st sigh of tulips and daffodils appear, it’s the sign of beautiful weather, picnics in the parks, canal cruises, and no falling off my bicycle from icy roads. Every year, the whole world would flock to Keukenhof to see the amazing tulip farms. Having moved to Hong Kong, I made my own spring from my memories with a self-made leather basket.
